the room was spacious and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches luxurious bathroom toiletries were provided the bed was comfortable ensuring a restful stay i enjoyed the friendly atmosphere at the bar after sightseeing staff were helpful
the pillows were slightly uncomfortable a minor detail though

the room was lovely with great comfortable beds. the provided breakfast had so much choice and tasted amazing. i also found the bathroom beautiful with great amenities.
the food app for the pub did not work with my phone number from my country.

i found the location good for visiting family in the area. the hotel provides easy access to clapham and central parts of the city. transport connections seemed really good too.

the pub has very nice food available for a reasonable price. the breakfast was a highlight with its great choice and quality. i definitely recommend trying the home made shortbread.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
main road warm room
the room had a free coffee, it was a nice touch.
I was disturbed by a lot of noise from the main road. I had to close the window because of it. the room then became too warm. i could not lower the temperature on the air conditioning or increase the fan speed.
